介绍经尿道输尿管切除术，其方法为肾切除后在膀胱镜下插入橄榄头输尿管导管，并将输尿管内翻套叠于膀胱，用电切镜切除输尿管，然后将输尿管拖出尿道外。采用该法治疗７例肾盂及输尿管肿瘤等病变，结果均获成功。并结合输尿管解剖特征就出血、漏尿等问题进行了讨论，认为该术式免去了一处切口，效果满意，无并发症，简单易行。
