就业是当前职业教育教学所需要面对的最大的压力和困难,在激烈的就业竞争当中,对学生自身的能力和素质提出了更高的要求。在职业教育当中,学生的就业能力是衡量职业教育教学效果以及社会职业需求的共同标准。在激烈的职业竞争形势下,提升学生的竞争力,是职业教育教学的核心内容。文章围绕职业教育教学研究现状与发展进行研究,开拓职业教育教学新思路,为学生未来走向社会就业求职打下坚实的基础。
Employment is the greatest pressure and difficulty facing the current vocational education and teaching. In the intense employment competition, students’ own ability and quality are put forward higher requirements. Among vocational education, the employability of students is a common standard to measure the teaching effect of vocational education and the needs of social occupation. In the intense situation of professional competition, to enhance the competitiveness of students is the core content of vocational education and teaching. This article focuses on the current situation and development of vocational education and teaching research, opens up new ideas for vocational education, and lays a solid foundation for students to seek job opportunities in the future.
