哺乳动物的松果体是具有多种功能的神经内分泌器官。松果体产生两类生要的激素即吲哚类和肽类。一般认为他们都具有明显的抗促性腺素活性。本研究选用成年雄性SD大鼠12只,在L:D=11:13的光暗周期中喂养。8只动物为实验组,每天定时肌注绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)200iu/只,连续7天。4只动物为对照组,同时注射生理盐水。第8天处死全部动物,取出松果体制作电镜标本,在H600电镜下观察摄片。结
Mammalian pineal gland is a neuroendocrine organ with multiple functions. Pineal gland produces two kinds of hormones, namely indoles and peptides. They are generally considered to have significant anti-gonadotropin activity. In this study, 12 adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were selected and fed at a light-dark cycle of L: D = 11: 13. Eight animals were used as experimental group. The animals were injected intramuscular chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) 200iu every day for 7 consecutive days. Four animals as control group, while injecting normal saline. On the 8th day, all the animals were sacrificed and the pineal gland was taken out for electron microscopy.
