探索了一种模型，在不影响正常ＨＴＴＰ请求的前提下，通过Ｃｌｉｅｎｔ／Ｓｅｒｖｅｒ的工操作，采用预测仲裁的方法充分利用网络空闲；这里对该模型进行了理论分析并给出模拟结果。
This paper explores a model that takes advantage of predictive arbitration to make full use of network idleness without affecting the normal HTTP request. The model is theoretically analyzed and the simulation results are given here.
