邓小平同志在他70多年波澜壮阔的革命生涯中,为我国新民主主义革命的胜利和新中国的成立,为我国社会主义的创建、巩固和发展,建立了永不磨灭的功勋。同时,他还在公文写作和文件办理的工作战线上留下了许多垂范后世的光辉篇章,并作出了一系列宝贵指示。邓小平关于公文写作和文件办理的范例与指示,不仅体现他的思想和精神风范,而且构成了严谨的科学理论体系。他的这一理论,正如他所创立的建设有中国特色的社会主义理论一样,是全党、全国人民珍贵的精神财富。学习并继承这些精神财富,在蓬勃发展的革命和建设实践中深入研究这一理论并发扬光大这种精神,是历史赋予我们这一代文秘工作者的光荣使命。
In his 70 years of vigorous revolutionary career, Comrade Deng Xiaoping established the victory of our country’s new-democratic revolution and the founding of New China and established the eternal contribution to our creation, consolidation and development of socialism. At the same time, he has left many brilliant chapters on the future of document writing and documents management and has made a series of valuable instructions. Deng Xiaoping’s examples and instructions on document writing and document handling not only reflect his ideology and spirit, but also form a rigorous scientific theoretical system. Like his theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, his theory is a precious spiritual asset of all the party and the people throughout the country. Studying and inheriting these spiritual wealth and thoroughly studying this theory in the vigorous development and construction practice and carrying forward this spirit is the glorious mission that history has given to this generation of secretarial workers.
