少数民族民间音乐是中国的音乐宝库,传承与保护的问题一直是音乐工作者必须研究的课题。合唱以自己特有的优势与民族音乐结合起来,因参与人数多、入门门槛低、传播广泛等有利条件,把对民族民间音乐的保护变成一种新的展示,同时民歌与合唱的结合也是合唱发展的大方向。把少数民族民间音乐与合唱结合起来同时解决了保护与传承的问题,这也是民族民间音乐传承与发展亟待解决的问题,也给中国民歌合唱提出了新的要求。
