问:1992年我在某地区外贸招待所工作,单位工资表领取人签章栏上均有本人签名。后来外贸招待所更名为外贸宾馆,从1997年1月起统一为我们办理了参加企业职工基本养老保险和社会统筹的参保缴费手续,并缴纳了社会保险费。我本人在领取的工资表上均已知道每月从工资中扣除个人应缴纳的养老保险费,但我并没有与单位签订劳动合同。请问:我与外贸宾馆是否存在劳动关系?
