为了节能、降耗、提高生产率;以及降低钢材的退火硬度,提高钢材冶金质量。应用电子显微镜、Formaster-Digital全自动相变仪研究了特殊钢相变规律;应用计算机进行了传热、传质计算,研究开发了锻轧材热处理新工艺。试验研究表明,改进热处理工艺对于提高钢材质量,降低退火材硬度有显著效果,可以大幅度地实现节能,提高生产率。
In order to save energy, reduce consumption, improve productivity; and reduce the annealing hardness of steel to improve the quality of steel metallurgy. The phase transition law of special steel was studied by electron microscope and Formaster-Digital automatic phase change instrument. The heat transfer and mass transfer calculation were carried out by computer, and a new heat treatment process was developed. Experimental studies have shown that improving the heat treatment process for improving the quality of steel, reducing the hardness of annealed annealing have a significant effect, can greatly save energy and increase productivity.
