以4种低阶煤为研究对象,通过程序升温氧化实验和热重分析实验,研究煤升温氧化过程中各指标气体浓度及煤样质-热与温度的关联性。对比同一温度下不同煤样产生指标气体浓度,发现煤变质程度越低,氧化越剧烈,得出以CO为主,H_2、C_2H_4和C_2H_2为辅来进行预测预报的自然指标气体体系;同时确定各煤样特征温度,对煤自燃过程进行阶段划分,提高现有煤层自然发火宏观特性的认识。
Four kinds of low-rank coal were selected as research objects. The temperature-programmed oxidation experiment and the thermal gravimetric analysis experiment were conducted to study the correlation between the gas concentration of each index and the coal sample-heat and temperature during the process of coal oxidation. Comparing the index gas concentrations produced by different coal samples at the same temperature, it was found that the lower the degree of coal metamorphism and the more severe the oxidation, the natural gas index system with CO as predominate, H_2, C_2H_4 and C_2H_2 as a complement were predicted and predicted. Simultaneously, The characteristic temperature of coal sample, the phase separation of spontaneous combustion of coal to raise the awareness of the macro characteristics of the existing spontaneous combustion of coal seam.
