在我的教学生涯中,遇到了很多活泼可爱而又顽皮的学生,有成绩好的,也有学习差的;有善于学习的,也有对学习不感兴趣的。如何引导并改进学生的不良习惯,激起他们向上的动力呢?针对不同情况我采用了不同的方式。以成功诱惑初一(9)班的刘小阳,是一个不会写作业的学生。老师留了作业,他根本就不做。问他原因,说是不知道怎么做。对这样的学生,我就单给他们留一些简单的作业,当他们能完成或完成一部分时,适时地给予表扬和激励,让他们获得成功感。
In my teaching career, I met a lot of lovely and naughty students, with good grades and poor learning styles. I am good at learning and I'm not interested in learning. How to guide and improve student bad habits, arouse their upward motivation? According to different situations I adopted a different approach. Liu Xiaoyang, who succeeded in enticing the first (9) class, was a student who could not write homework. The teacher left homework and he did not do it at all. Ask him why he did not know what to do. For such students, I will only give them some simple assignments. When they can finish or finish a part, they will be commended and motivated timely so as to make them feel successful.
