本文通过对新生大鼠尿液中3种近曲小管尿酶:γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和β-N-乙酰葡萄糖胺糖苷酶(NAG)活性的测定,建立一种非损伤性检测方法,以研究孕期接触氯化甲基汞(CH_3HgCl)对生长发育阶段的仔代大鼠肾脏的影响。选用雄性(350 g)和雌性(180~200 g)SD大鼠,交配后以查见精子之日作为妊娠的0天,将妊娠雌鼠随机分成3组,在妊娠的第8、10和12天分别腹腔注射0.05 M pH 7.4磷酸钠溶液(5 ml/kg)(对照组)及3或6 mg/kg的氯化甲基汞(实验组),在妊娠的第21天
In this paper, the activity of three proximal tubule ureases: γ-glutamyl transferase (GGT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and β-N-acetylglucosaminidase (NAG) To establish a non-invasive detection method to study the impact of exposure to methylmercury chloride (CH_3HgCl) during pregnancy on the kidneys of offspring in the growth and development stage. Female Sprague-Dawley rats (350 g) and female (180-200 g) were selected and mated to detect sperm on day 0 of gestation. Pregnant females were randomly divided into 3 groups. At the 8th, 10th and 12th gestation Day were injected intraperitoneally with 0.05 M pH 7.4 sodium phosphate solution (5 ml / kg) (control group) and 3 or 6 mg / kg methylmercuric chloride (experimental group) respectively. On the 21st day of pregnancy
