电大现代远程开放教育是建设终身教育体系和学习型社会的主要载体,而如何将这一成熟的办学模式向纵深发展,把优质的电大教育资源输送到监狱为特殊人群提供学习服务则是个全新的课题。这不仅需要政策依据作保障和特殊环境下实施电大教育的可行性研究,而且需要不断创新工作机制,探索一条科学合理的电大监狱办学运转模式,保证特殊环境下的电大办学质量。
The modern distance and open education of TV University is the main carrier of building a lifelong education system and a learning society. How to develop this mature mode of education in depth and deliver quality educational resources to prisons to provide learning services for special populations is a brand new Question. This not only needs the policy basis to guarantee the feasibility of implementing TVU education in special environment, but also needs to continuously innovate the working mechanism, explore a scientific and reasonable mode of operation of TVU prison and ensure the quality of TVU under special circumstances.
