为探讨雌激素对大鼠免疫器官的影响及其机理,用形态学方法观察了雌二醇对大鼠淋 巴器官的影响,用放射免疫方法(RIA)测定大鼠脑、内分泌腺及血浆中P物质的含量。结果:雌二醇 对中枢淋巴器官胸腺和周围淋巴官器均具有明显的抑制与致退化作用,显著抑制巨噬细胞吞噬功 能;并使大鼠垂体重量明显增加,而肾上腺的结构与重量未见明显改变;使大鼠下丘脑和延髓中P 物质含量显著升高(而海马、垂体、肾上腺及血浆中P物质含量显著性降低(P<0.05)。提示:雌二 醇对免疫器官的影响可能与会体细胞代谢有关,与脑-垂体-肾上腺轴及血浆P物质代谢变化有关。
In order to explore the effect and mechanism of estrogen on the immune organs in rats, the effects of estradiol on the lymphoid organs of rats were observed by morphological methods. The levels of P and P in rat brain, endocrine glands and plasma were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) Material content. Results: Estradiol significantly inhibited and induced degeneration of thymus and peripheral lymphoid organs in central lymphatic organs, and significantly inhibited the phagocytosis of macrophages.
