本文通过对幼年大鼠骨骼肌细胞RNA相对含量的显微分光测定和尿中3-甲基组氨酸的分析,观察了不同质量饲料蛋白质对大鼠骨骼肌蛋白质代谢的影响。结果显示,不同质量的蛋白质喂养动物,动物骨骼肌细胞RNA含量存在显著差异,RNA含量与饲料蛋白质的氨基酸分之间呈高度正相关(r=0.958);尿中3-甲基组氨酸排出量也随饲料蛋白质质量提高而增大。据此认为,优质蛋白质促进动物生长发育,主要是加强了机体蛋白质的合成代谢,而不是降低了分解代谢。
In this paper, the relative content of RNA in skeletal muscle cells of juvenile rats was determined by spectrophotometry and urinary 3-methyl histidine, and the effect of different quality feed protein on the protein metabolism of skeletal muscle in rats was observed. The results showed that RNA content of skeletal muscle cells of different quality protein-fed animals and animal skeletal muscle cells were significantly different (r = 0.958). There was a positive correlation between RNA content and amino acids in feed protein (r = 0.958). Urinary 3-methylhistidine The amount also increases with feed protein quality. Therefore, high-quality protein to promote animal growth and development, mainly to enhance the body’s protein synthesis metabolism, rather than reduce catabolism.
