The attribution of “basically unsuccessful” medical system reform to “marketization” is to evade the responsibility for ineffective government control, and the lack of responsibility of the government department is the fundamental reason for reform to go astray. The call to the “big government” model avoids some of the hidden dangers and must alert people.
