1989年4月初,朝阳乡烟灯山发现了几十株松树枯死,4月10日再次检查,病情有所加重,发病面积达200亩左右,死亡150余株。随后,其他各地也纷纷报告松树枯死情况,据统计全区有几千亩松树感病。由于发病面积大,灾情重,根据省市领导的意见组织了松病调查组,对全区6.6万亩松林,经历了一年的普查工作。现将调查结果报告如下。 1 调查方法 采用野外实地踏查结合室内镜检、分离培养及显微摄影和气象资料的分析等。野外调查采取每100亩设置一块样地,样地面积为15×15m,记载发病地带的土壤、立地条件、林分状况、病虫害种类。按照以下标准,计算感病指数。0级—健康,Ⅰ级—枯死枝占全株枝条1/3以下,Ⅱ级—枯死枝占1/3~1/2,Ⅲ级—枯死枝占1/2~2/3;Ⅳ级—枯死枝在2/3以上或全株枯死。同时,随机采集100枚针叶,计算长蛎蚧的数量和每枚针叶上长蛎蚧最高数。 2 调查结果和分析 2.1 病害分布 经实地调查,全区发病面积6805亩,其中黑松750亩,赤松6055亩,全株死亡640株,病情指数14~58.97,干均为28.0(表1)。 赤松与黑松病情相近,黑松稍重。赤松
