一辆桑塔纳2000型乘用车,装用JV型发动机,因机油压力异常和气门异响来我站维修。经维修人员检查,故障为油底壳变形,机油泵损坏,以致润滑不良,曲轴及曲轴轴承严重磨损,并有大量金属屑脱落。经光磨曲轴,更换曲轴轴承、机油泵及油底壳等部件后,机油压力异常故障排除。该车在维修后正常行驶了约4000km,一天早晨,车主突然发现该车起动困难,需起动多次,发动机才能勉强着火,并且发动机运转不稳,只有等发动机达正常工作温度后,才运转正常,尔后全天工作正常。但第二天早晨同样的故障又重新出现。
