以山西某灰分为43.47%的焦煤煤泥为研究对象,进行旋流器预先抛尾再选的工艺试验。结果表明:采用预先抛尾再选工艺,有效降低了浮选入料中-0.045 mm粒级的含量,提高了精煤的产率,φ75 mm旋流器具有较好的预先抛尾效果。旋流器预先抛尾再选工艺对稳定浮选系统和提高产品指标具有很好的效果。
Taking 43.47% of coking coal slime with a certain ash content of Shanxi as the research object, the hydrocyclone pre-tail-tailing process was carried out.
