本文报道了在铝底材上采用磷酸溶液阳极氧化,钴盐电解着色方法制备的太阳能选择性吸收层。该吸收层的吸收率α_s=0.92—0.94,法向发射率ε_n=0.10—0.17。着色层经200℃加速试验及室外曝晒试验,光学性能无明显变化。氯化钠溶液内长期浸泡试验和磨损试验表明,该着色膜具有良好的耐蚀性和耐磨性。AES分析和X射线衍射分析表明,着色吸收膜是由多孔氧化铝、氢氧化铝和沉积在孔底的α钻构成。
This paper reports the preparation of a solar selective absorbing layer on an aluminum substrate by phosphoric acid solution anodization and cobalt salt electrolysis. The absorption of the absorption layer α_s = 0.92-0.94, the normal emissivity ε_n = 0.10-0.17. The colored layer accelerated by 200 ℃ test and outdoor exposure test, no significant change in optical properties. Long-term immersion test and abrasion test in sodium chloride solution show that the colored film has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. AES analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis show that the coloring absorption film is composed of porous alumina, aluminum hydroxide and α-diamond deposited on the bottom of the hole.
