本文给出的离心叶轮三维有限元循环对称应力分析方法具有如下主要特点:利用叶轮形状、载荷及边界条件的循环对称性:以逼真的方式模拟叶轮。利用所编制的TDSAI程序对四个叶轮进行过详细分析,介绍了其中的一个曲叶片叶轮。最后,把该叶轮及另一直叶片叶轮的数值计算结果同相应光弹性实验结果作了比较。
The three-dimensional finite element method of cyclic symmetric stress analysis of centrifugal impeller presented in this paper has the following main features: Circumferential symmetry using the shape, load and boundary conditions of the impeller: Simulate the impeller in a realistic way. Four impellers were analyzed in detail by using the TDSAI program, and one of the curved blade impellers was introduced. Finally, the numerical results of the impeller and the other straight vane impeller are compared with those of the corresponding photoelasticity experiment.
