白三烯(LTs)的辐射防护作用曾有报道,但迄今未见其与其它辐射防护剂相比较的剂量减低系数(DRF)的测定。本文用LTs系列衍生物测定不同给药下对小鼠造血干细胞防护作用的DRFs。实验用10~12周龄体重大约25克的CD2F_1雄性小鼠。用盐水稀释的LTs于小鼠颈背皮下注射。Lipoxin A为脂氧酶途径另一产物。~(60)Coγ线1.0Gy/分双向照射作内源性脾结节检验时,动物接受7.25Gy,外源性脾结节检验时供体接受1~6Gy,受体接受9.4Gy,剂量率为0.4Gy/分。
Radioprotective effects of leukotrienes (LTs) have been reported, but no dose reduction factor (DRF) measurements have been compared to other radioprotectants to date. In this paper, DRFs were used to determine the protection of hematopoietic stem cells from different doses of LTs derivatives. Ten to 12-week-old CD2F1 male mice weighing approximately 25 grams were used for the experiment. LTs diluted with saline were injected subcutaneously into the back of the mouse’s neck. Lipoxin A is another product of the lipoxygenase pathway. Two-way irradiation with ~(60)Co γ line at 1.0 Gy/min for endogenous splenic nodules, animals received 7.25 Gy, donors received 1–6 Gy for exogenous splenic nodules, and recipients received 9.4 Gy. 0.4 Gy/min.
