在人群严重缺碘的地方性甲状腺肿重病区,于加碘防治前、后,取引产的孕妇及其胎儿脐带和心腔血,测定其血清 T_4、T_3TSH,与非病区对照比较。结果是,病区孕妇血清 T_4、T_3均值低下;脐带血清 T_4均值低,TSH 值升高,胎儿心腔血清 TSH 值升高。三组中激素性甲低检查出率分别是58.6%、46.2%和50.0%。支持胎儿缺碘和甲低为地方克汀病发病机理学说。用1/5万加碘食盐防治五年时,病区孕妇和胎儿激素性
Serum levels of T_4 and T_3TSH were measured in endemic goiter patients with severe iodine deficiency before and after iodine treatment. Pregnant women and their umbilical cord blood and fetal heart blood were collected for abortion. As a result, serum T_4 and T_3 of pregnant women in the ward were lower; mean value of T_4 in umbilical cord serum was lower, TSH value was increased, TSH value in fetal heart cavity serum was increased. The detection rates of hormonal hypothyroidism in the three groups were 58.6%, 46.2% and 50.0% respectively. Support for fetal iodine deficiency and hypothyroidism for the pathogenesis of cretinism theory. With 1/5 million iodized salt control five years, the ward pregnant women and fetal hormones
