[目的]观察水母雪莲对运动性疲劳小鼠免疫功能的影响,探讨其抗运动性疲劳的作用。[方法]选用雄性BALB/C小鼠,随机分成对照组、运动组和运动+雪莲组。运动组和运动+雪莲组采用游泳法致动物慢性力竭性运动性疲劳,然后测定各组免疫功能的变化。[结果]对照组、运动组和运动+雪莲组脾抗体形成细胞(PFC)数分别为75329±378、37569±306和63291±402;脾细胞对刀豆蛋白A(ConA)刺激增殖反应分别为0.975±0.027,0.404±0.053和0.652±0.042;脾脏指数分别为113±12、86±15和102±19;胸腺指数分别为19±7、19±10和17±8。运动组与对照组比较,前3项指标都有明显下降(P<0.01);运动+雪莲组与对照组比较也有下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),但与运动组比较,升高明显(P<0.01或P<0.05)。[结论]水母雪莲能改善实验小鼠免疫功能,具有较好的抗运动性疲劳作用。
[Objective] To observe the effects of Saussurea involucrata on immune function of exercise-induced fatigue mice and explore its anti-exercise fatigue effect. [Methods] Male BALB/C mice were randomly divided into control group, exercise group and exercise + snow lotus group. The exercise group and the exercise + snow lotus group used the swimming method to cause chronic exhaustive exercise fatigue in animals, and then measured the changes of immune function in each group. [Results] The number of spleen antibody-forming cells (PFC) in the control group, exercise group, and exercise + Xuelian group was 75329±378, 37569±306, and 63291±402, respectively; the proliferation responses of spleen cells to concanavalin A (ConA) were 0.975±0.027, 0.404±0.053, and 0.652±0.042; spleen index were 113±12, 86±15, and 102±19, respectively; thymus index was 19±7, 19±10, and 17±8, respectively. Compared with the control group, there was a significant decrease in the first 3 indicators in the exercise group (P<0.01), and a decrease in the exercise+Snow Lotus group compared with the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05), but it was significantly higher than that in the exercise group. (P<0.01 or P<0.05). [Conclusion] Saussurea medusae can improve the immune function of experimental mice and has better anti-exercise fatigue effect.
