漂浮片剂在胃内的初步动态观察

用γ照相机测定和观察~(99m)Tc标记的漂浮片剂(HBS片)和普通片剂(CVT片)在人胃中的滞留时间和动态变化。结果表明HBS片在胃内的滞留时间长达5h以上,而CVT片低于2.5h。

The residence time and dynamic changes of ~ (99m) Tc-labeled floating tablets (HBS tablets) and conventional tablets (CVT tablets) in human stomach were measured and observed with a gamma camera. The results showed that HBS tablets in the stomach retention time up to 5h, while CVT tablets less than 2.5h.
