本文阐述了水轮机导叶轴颈J型密封的结构、工作原理及其合理性。介绍了J型密封采用HDJ_980材料的优异性能 ,给出了与传统U型橡胶密封的性能比较。电厂运行表明 ,其结构简单、安装方便、工作可靠。
This paper describes the structure, working principle and rationality of the J-seal of turbine guide vane journal. Introduced the excellent performance of J type seal using HDJ_980 material, gives the performance comparison with the traditional U type rubber seal. Power plant operation shows that its simple structure, easy installation, reliable work.
