2型糖尿病患者缺血性心脑血管病变和幽门螺杆菌感染有关

测定132例2型糖尿病(DM)患者和24名健康对照者的幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染率,发现2型DM患者HP感染率升高,2型DM伴HP感染者的冠心病和动脉粥样硬化性脑梗塞发病率升高,提示HP感染可能是2型DM患者缺血性心脑血管病变的危险因素之一。

Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection was measured in 132 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and 24 healthy controls. HP infection was found to be elevated in type 2 DM patients with coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis The increased incidence of sclerosing cerebral infarction suggests that HP infection may be one of the risk factors for ischemic cardiovascular disease in patients with type 2 DM.
