Business warfare is like war, there are winners, and of course there are losers. In 1981, 60,000 small businesses in the United States gained new life. However, about 20,000 large companies have gone bankrupt. Looking at the experiences of many domestic and foreign companies’ mistakes, we can easily find that the reasons are mostly subjective and not objective, some are lost in production and management, some are lost in strategic planning, some are lost in information and intelligence, and so on. When these companies suddenly jumped into the unanticipated dark pits, what a remorse they are! The so-called “Let an old-fashioned hate” precisely tells the hardships of these companies. By understanding the different types of failures of the following companies, we may be able to give us more vigilance.
