SS_1制动电阻元件绝缘支板原来采用电工石棉水泥压板,易受潮,绝缘强度低,高温下的机械性能低下,致使振动性能达不到部颁标准要求。本文介绍了改进设计的无绝缘支板结构方案,不仅提高了电阻元件的振动性能和绝缘强度,而且能节约大量的电工石棉水泥板。此改进方案可供运行检修部门改造SS_1制动电阻的参考。
SS_1 brake resistance element insulation support original electrician asbestos cement platen, easy to damp, low dielectric strength, low mechanical properties under high temperature, resulting in vibration performance can not meet the ministerial standard requirements. This paper introduces an improved design of the structure of non-insulated support structure, which not only improves the vibration resistance of the resistance element and the dielectric strength, but also can save a lot of electrical asbestos cement board. This improvement can be used as a reference for retrofitting the SS_1 brake resistor by the maintenance department.
