在以江篱(Gracilaria)为原料提取琼胶的试验研究中,碱处理提高产率和强度已有不少报道,表明碱处理是江篱琼胶制造的必需条件之一。我们在江篱琼胶的试验中,发现除了碱处理外,酸处理和漂白同样是必不可少的工艺条件。它们在相当程度上影响琼胶的产率、强度和质量。为进一步探索它们之间的相互关系,本试验采用常温浓碱法为固定条件,变化酸处理浓度和控制酸处理漂白时间,对海南岛几种产量较大、藻体较粗长的江篱进行试验,试图找出酸处理浓度和强度的关系,改变以往琼胶制造靠pH值测试和触感等不稳定的操作方法。得出了在一定范围内,产率随酸处理浓度升高
In the experimental study on the extraction of agar from Gracilaria, there has been a lot of reports on the improvement of yield and strength by alkali treatment, indicating that alkali treatment is one of the necessary conditions for the production of agar. In our experiments with agate agar we found that acid treatment and bleaching were also essential process conditions in addition to alkali treatment. They affect the yield, strength and quality of agar to a considerable extent. In order to further explore the interrelationships among them, this experiment adopted the method of constant temperature concentrated alkali method as the fixed conditions, changing the acid treatment concentration and controlling the bleaching time of acid treatment. Test, trying to find out the relationship between the concentration and strength of acid treatment, changing the previous agar manufacturing instability by pH test and touch operation method. It is concluded that within certain range, the yield increases with acid concentration
