通过对东鞍山浮选尾矿的粒度分布、金属分布、磁性率以及矿物单体解离的测定,确定以尾矿中一56μm粒级作为主要研究对象。对回收尾矿中铁矿物的几种可行试验方案进行了对比分析后,采用复合团聚一磁种法分选细粒铁尾矿。结果表明,可获得精矿品位为58.28%的精矿,作业回收率为57.8%,总回收率可提高15%。
Through the determination of particle size distribution, metal distribution, magnetic susceptibility and dissociation of mineral in the tailings of Dong’anshan flotation, a particle size of 56 μm in tailings was selected as the main research object. After comparative analysis of several feasible experimental schemes for recovering iron minerals in tailings, the fine-grained iron tailings are sorted by the composite agglomeration-magnetic separation method. The results showed that concentrate with the grade of 58.28% can be obtained. The recovery rate of operation is 57.8% and the total recovery rate can be increased by 15%.
