媒体转型寻求技术支撑,无非是两种模式:外包和自养。孰优孰劣,一直争论不下。一种观点认为,媒体需要自主研发的核心技术不多,外包模式相对较轻便,基本可以满足初期新媒体产品的建设需求。也有人认为,外包的可靠性太差,要把技术核心抓在手上,长远来看,还是得自建团队。无论如何,重视技术这一驱动媒体变革的力量,是一种基本共识。浙报集团近年出台《互联网技术人才管理办法》,设立技术委员会,走的路子,显然是与优秀互联网公司竞争人才,自建专业技术团队。目前已形成850人
Media transition to seek technical support is nothing more than two modes: outsourcing and self-support. Which one is better, has been debated.
