各级党委书记作为一个地区学习贯彻条例的“第一责任人”,在干部选拔任用工作中处于核心地位,起着关键作用,负有全面责任。必须进一步增强政治意识和责任意识,充分发挥表率作用。
Party committees at all levels, as the “first responsible person” in the study and implementation of regulations in a region, are at the core of the work of selecting and appointing cadres and play a key role and have overall responsibility. We must further enhance our political consciousness and sense of responsibility and give full play to the exemplary role.
