我院1986年1～12月共收治脑卒中297例,其中40例并发深静脉血栓形成,现予报道。临床资料一、一般资料:男24例,女16例;年龄40～70岁,平均61岁。其中脑血栓形成28例,脑栓塞1例,脑溢血7例,蛛网膜下腔出血4例。卒中后10天内发病18例,11～20天21例,21～30天1例。瘫痪侧发生38例,健侧1例,患、健侧均发生1例。40例均以下肢浮肿为主要体征,膝以下浮肿18例,腹
In our hospital from January 1986 to December 297 cases of stroke were treated, of which 40 cases complicated by deep vein thrombosis, are reported.
