干部培训是促进国家发展的重要手段之一。当前我国村级和镇级干部作为支撑国家发展的基础,在社会主义新农村建设和基层组织建设中发挥着重要的作用。然而,目前针对村级和镇级干部的培训教育仍然存在问题,本文首先阐述村级和镇级干部培训教育的意义,并主要论述了当前我国针对村级和镇级干部培训教育中存在的问题,以及原因分析,并提出了几点解决措施。
