随着改革发展越来越成熟,各项设施必须完善。为了更为稳步的发展,城市社区管理建设在国家基层管理建设金字塔底端,只有社区管理建设完善,维护了城市整体和谐共存,社会才能稳步发展前进。社区建设在城市建设中扮演着尤为重要的角色。本文笔者结合现代化社区党建现况,分析党建在管理现代化社区过程中的优劣,以供相关研究人员参考。
As the reform and development become more mature, various facilities must be improved. In order to achieve a more steady development, the construction and management of urban communities at the bottom of the national pyramid management at grassroots level will only enable the community to develop steadily if the community management is well established and the city as a whole is harmoniously coexisted. Community construction plays an especially important role in urban construction. The author of this article combined with the status quo of modern community party building, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of party building in the process of managing modern communities, for the relevant researchers for reference.
