我国有植树造林、绿化祖国的优良传统,人们根据气候条件,多以清明前后为植树时节。1979年2月,全国五届人大六次会议正式将3月12日定为植树节。
In our country, there are excellent traditions of planting trees and afforestation and afforestation of the motherland. According to the climatic conditions, people are mostly planting trees before and after the Qingming Festival. In February 1979, the Sixth Session of the Fifth National People’s Congress formally designated March 12 as an Arbor Day.
