1996年10月至1998年2月,笔者应用尿激酶局部注射治疗玻璃体积血,取得较好疗效,现将其初步结果报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料:本组30例30只眼,其中男性18例(18只眼),女性12例(12只眼);年龄为20～70岁。均为各种原因导致的玻璃体积血、混浊,并已使用止血药物治疗无新鲜出血者。 1.2 治疗方法:取尿激酶注射用针剂1万U溶于1mL灭菌注射用水中,取0.5mL溶液作患眼球后注射,隔日1次,3次后改为每周2次,4次后改为每周1次,共注射10次为1疗程,为减轻疼痛可加入适
