急性白血病以乳房肿块为首发症状者罕见。我院收治的1例不仅以乳房肿块为首发,且缓解16个月又以乳房肿块为复发症状,现报道如下。患者,女,28岁,因乳房肿块2个月,气促、眼突半月于1989年1月入院。1988年11月发现左乳房无痛性肿块,在当地行肿块部分切除,疑为乳腺癌,3天后右乳又出现一肿块,因乳块切片送外院检查,故仍行抗炎治疗。但12月下旬患者感胸闷、气促、双眼球渐外突而来我院。体检:T38.2℃P120次/分,Bp14/9kPa 重病容,唇发绀,全身皮肤无瘀点瘀斑,双颌下及双腋窝可触及多个蚕豆大小的淋巴结,双眼球外突Ⅲ°,甲状腺不大,左乳房内触及一约12×10.5cm 大小、右侧约8.5×9cm大小的包块,质硬,表面不平、活动差、无压痛。

Physical examination: T38.2 ℃ P120 beats / min, Bp14 / 9kPa serious illnesses, lip cyanosis, systemic skin petechia ecchymosis, double submandibular and double armpits can reach the number of broad bean-sized lymph nodes, both eyes protruding ball Ⅲ °, Thyroid is not large, the left breast touches a size of about 12 × 10.5cm, right about 8.5 × 9cm size of the mass, hard, uneven surface, poor activity, no tenderness.
