目的观察不同消毒方法对机采血小板献血环境空气消毒的效果。方法分别采用三氧消毒机、紫外线灯及动态空气消毒机对机采血小板献血环境进行空气消毒,自然沉降法行消毒前、后采样并比较其消毒效果。结果3种方法消毒后与消毒前比较均能显著降低采血室内空气中菌数,消毒后室内空气菌数均符合Ⅲ类环境标准要求;三氧消毒机组和紫外线灯方法在人员进出和工作状态下,空气中菌数迅速升高,动态空气消毒机在人员流动采血环境消毒4 h,空气中菌数<500 cfu/cm3。结论动态空气消毒机消毒效果可靠,可持续维持工作状态下采血室内洁净度。
Objective To observe the effect of different disinfection methods on the air disinfection of organism platelet blood donation. Methods Three oxygen disinfection machine, ultraviolet lamp and dynamic air disinfection machine were respectively used to disinfect blood donation environment of platelet collecting machine. Natural sedimentation method was used to sample before and after disinfection, and the disinfection effects were compared. Results The results showed that the three methods could significantly reduce the number of bacteria in the air after disinfection, compared with that before disinfection. The numbers of bacteria in the air after disinfection all met the requirements of Class III environmental standards. The methods of the triplex disinfection unit and the UV lamp were both in and out of the working condition , The number of bacteria in the air increased rapidly. The dynamic air disinfection machine was disinfected for 4 hours in the environment of personnel flow and blood collection, and the number of bacteria in the air was <500 cfu / cm3. Conclusions The dynamic air disinfection machine has a reliable disinfection effect and can maintain the cleanliness of the blood collection room under the working condition continuously.
