在中职实践教学过程中,加强思想政治教育,提高学生的综合素养,对于培养高素质人才有着重要的帮助作用。但是,由于中职学校在思想政治教育过程中存在着一定的问题,严重影响到了学生的思想道德素质。主要问题有教学师资力量比较匮乏,教学缺少有效性,同时学生的德育意识不够强烈。这就需要我们在开展中职学校思想政治教育过程中,应该注重提高教师的专业素质,不断优化教学方法,应用信息计划教学方式,从而切实提高中职学校思想政治教育有效性。
In the process of practical teaching in secondary vocational school, strengthening ideological and political education and improving students’ overall accomplishment have an important help role in cultivating high-quality talents. However, due to the existence of certain problems in the process of ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools, it has seriously affected the students’ ideological and moral qualities. The main problems are lack of teaching faculty, lack of effectiveness of teaching, and students’ awareness of moral education is not strong enough. This requires that we carry out the ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools should focus on improving the professional quality of teachers, and constantly optimize teaching methods, application of information planning teaching methods, so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools.
