我国煤炭产量95%以上由井工开采。井工开采的特点是作业场所在井下,井巷掘进工程量大。一个年产300万吨的新井初步形成生产能力,投产前,需掘进各种巷道约60公里。投产后,为了维持再生产,在采煤的同时,必须掘进各种必要的巷道。目前,全国生产矿井巷道的总掘进率平均为200米/万吨,如果按年产6亿吨煤计算,则年掘进巷道达12000公里,新井建设需要掘进各类巷道约1000公里,所以全国煤矿巷道年掘进总长度将达13000公里之多。井巷掘进工程量大,也就决定了巷道支护工作量之大。 巷道支护目的,是防止围岩掉落,在一定程度上控制围岩变形和应力重新分布。在
