《中国共产党党内监督条例(试行)》的颁布实施,标志着党内监督工作进入规范化、制度化的新阶段。我在基层从事20余年纪检监察工作,在履行职责监督这一块,总是感到有责无力,困惑不已;普遍存在上级对下级监督太远、下级对上级监督太难,同级对同级监督太软以及法纪监督太晚等弊端
The promulgation and implementation of the “Regulations for the Supervision of the Communist Party of China within the Party (Trial)” signify that the work of supervision within the party has entered a new stage of standardization and institutionalization. I am engaged in more than 20 years of discipline inspection and supervision at the grassroots level. While performing my duties as a supervisor, I always feel irresponsible and perplexed. It is common for superiors to supervise subordinates too far, subordinates to supervisors to supervise too hard, and supervisors at the same level too superordinate Soft and law and discipline supervision too late and so on
