旋挖钻机主卷扬既可以安装在回转平台上,也可以安装在钻桅下部。为研究主卷扬的布置对动臂变幅油缸载荷性能的影响,运用拉格朗日方程分别建立两种主卷扬布置方案时动臂变幅油缸载荷的数学模型。构建基于MATLAB函数的仿真模型,并进行仿真分析。结果表明:当主卷扬位于回转平台上时动臂变幅油缸载荷较大,且其载荷会受到钻桅变幅的影响;当主卷扬位于钻桅下部时动臂变幅油缸载荷较小且不受钻桅变幅的影响。最后,实验验证了仿真结果。
Rotary drilling rig main hoist can either be installed on the rotary platform can also be installed in the lower part of the drill mast. In order to study the influence of layout of main winch on the load performance of boom luffing cylinder, a mathematic model of boom luffing cylinder load was established by using Lagrange’s equations respectively. Build the simulation model based on MATLAB function and carry on the simulation analysis. The results show that when the main winch is located on the swivel platform, the boom luffing cylinder has a large load and the load will be affected by the drilling mast; when the main winch is located at the bottom of the drilling mast, the load on the boom luffing cylinder is small and not Affected by the luffing of the drill mast. Finally, the simulation results are verified by experiments.
