斑点分析法系由冶金部地球物探矿队实验室在1957年结合野外生产的要求,和北京地质勘探学院协作进行试验的.同时也试制成功了适合本方法所用的斑点仪.1957年末肯定了方法的步骤,并大致确定了流速、滤纸、提出剂及沉溶剂等几个重要的问题.于1958年4月又在野外进行了现场实验,证明该方法效果良好,可以应用于野外大量生产.根据实验结果我们首先把它应用在寻找铜镍式的镍矿床上,测定铜镍两个元素.一、镍的斑点分析法(一)方法概述与操作步骤1.方法概述:斑点分析法对镍的测定是基于Ni~(++)与二甲基乙二醛肟在弱碱性环境中生成二甲基乙二醛肟镍的红色沉淀而进行的.其反应式如下:
