利用华铸CAE软件模拟圆锥破碎机轧臼壁锰钢铸件砂型铸造的充型和凝固过程,并对铸件充型行为、温度场变化及可能产生的缺陷进行分析。依据分析结果对工艺进行改进,使生产出的轧臼壁锰钢铸件轮廓完整,性能良好。
The process of filling and solidification was simulated by using CASE software CAE. The filling behavior and temperature field of castings and possible defects were analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis of the process to improve the production of rolling acetabular manganese steel castings complete profile, good performance.
