新生代农民工和大学毕业生是我国经济社会转型期具有代表性的两大特殊就业群体,他们既具有相似性,又具有差异性。围绕客观就业指标体系,从就业结构、就业方式、求职途径和就业质量等四个方面对其就业特征状况进行了比较分析,提出从当前看,要创新政策措施,推进“融城”制度保障;从长远看,要加快农村社会发展,缩小城乡差距;从根本上看,要加大职业教育与人才培养模式改革,实施差异化就业竞争,以促进两类群体合理化就业发展。
The new generation of migrant workers and college graduates are two special employment groups that are typical of China's economic and social transition. They have similarities and differences. Based on the objective employment index system, this paper compares and analyzes the employment characteristics from four aspects: employment structure, employment methods, job search methods and employment quality. It is proposed that from the current perspective, we should innovate policies and measures and promote the “financial city” system In the long run, we must speed up the social development in rural areas and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. From a fundamental point of view, we should increase the reform in vocational education and personnel training and implement differentiated employment competition so as to promote the rationalization of employment development for both groups.
