为了使代理商更好、更有效地将产品推出,以占领市场、获取利润,各制造商可谓是绞尽脑汁。作为对代理商的激励政策之一,返利得到了众多制造商的青睐。 在返利政策的实施初期,不论对于制造商还是代理商,一切都是令人激动的。但随着市场的变化,实施返利政策所带来的一系列副作用开始令众多制造商头疼不已,但是却又欲罢不能。如何正确看待返利,如何控制返利的操作过程,怎样处理好返利的利与弊,对于正处于蓬勃发展时期的中国工程机械行业也同样具有非常重要的现实意义。

As one of the incentives to agents, rebates have been favored by many manufacturers. In the early days of rebate policy, everything was exciting for both the manufacturer and the agent. However, as the market changes, a series of side effects brought by the implementation of the rebate policy began to make many manufacturers a headache, but unable to stop. How to treat rebate correctly, how to control rebate operation process and how to handle the advantages and disadvantages of rebate are also of great practical significance to China's construction machinery industry which is in a period of vigorous development.
