以杏鲍菇为试材,通过考察菌丝生长速度、发菌天数、菌丝生长势和子实体性状以及生物学转化率等指标,比较了作为杏鲍菇3级菌种的枝条菌种和麦粒菌种的优劣。结果表明:在杏鲍菇栽培种培养时期,采用枝条培养基的新方法生产杏鲍菇与传统的采用麦粒培养基生产的方法相比,可以有效缩短发菌时间6d,降低成本16.7%,减少染菌机率,是工厂化生产杏鲍菇菌种繁育的推选方案。
Taking Pleurotus eryngii as test material, we compared the mycelial growth rate, number of germinating days, mycelial growth potential and fruiting body traits and biological conversion rate. The advantages and disadvantages of species of bacteria. The results showed that during the culture period of Pleurotus eryngii, the new method for producing Pleurotus eryngii with branch culture medium could shorten the germination time by 6 days and reduce the cost by 16.7% compared with the traditional method using wheat grain medium. Reduce the probability of bacteria, is the factory production of Pleurotus species breeding selection program.
