本文从介绍我国自然地理环境着手后指出,随着改革开放形势的发展及市场经济的实现,我国渔业生产持续增长。至1993年鱼产品总量达1800万吨,占世界首位。由于沿海资源衰退,渔船队不得不以高能耗作为代价,长途跋涉追捕不稳定的种群。面对能源资源并不富裕的境况,渔业节能工作被提到重要的地位。全国及各省市的渔业节能机构网络已于1983年形成,渔业节能产品的研究开发与推广工作亦已初见成效。但渔业节能的形势严峻,问题不少;与此同时渔业节能工作的方针政策与目标已确定。本文对我国的渔业概况,渔业节能机构,节能工作回顾,存在问题及发展前景作了简要叙述。
After introducing the natural geography environment of our country, this paper points out that with the development of the reform and opening up and the realization of market economy, the fishery production in our country keeps growing. By 1993, the total output of fish products reached 18 million tons, ranking the first in the world. Due to the decline of coastal resources, the fleet had to travel long distances to chase unstable populations at the cost of high energy consumption. In the face of the situation that energy resources are not rich, the energy conservation of fisheries is mentioned as an important issue. The network of fishery energy conservation agencies across the country and various provinces and municipalities was formed in 1983, and the research and development and promotion of energy-saving fishery products have also achieved initial success. However, the situation of fishery energy conservation is grim and there are many problems. At the same time, guidelines, policies and targets for energy conservation in fisheries have been established. This article gives a brief account of China’s fishery overview, fisheries energy conservation agencies, energy conservation review, existing problems and development prospects.
