患者男,14岁,住院号59014,因发热、恐水、怕风、恐惧不安4天于1988年3月24日上午10时30分入院。患者3月21日开始发热、头痛、恶心、食欲不振、周身不适,下午起烦躁,左下肢麻木、胀痛、有蚁走感,恐惧不安,有恐水、怕风、咽喉紧缩感,无法吞咽。口里流涎,恶心,呕吐数次为胃内容物。入院前两天在当地卫生所就诊为“感冒”。经服速效感冒丸,注射青霉素与葡萄糖等,效果不好,恐水、怕风加重,无法饮水和进食,即转来我院按狂犬病收住传染科。
